Currently leading the fitness program at Tiger Muay Thai in Phuket, Thailand. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of coaching in five countries—working with world-class athletes, UFC and ONE Championship fighters, Olympians, and fitness enthusiasts alike. I’ve competed in 14 bodybuilding competitions, including a 6th place finish in Great Britain (2018) and 1st place in Thailand (2022).
